US prosecutors have indicted Gautam Adani, his nephew Sagar Adani, and others for an alleged $265 million bribery scheme to secure solar power contracts in India. The US Securities and Exchange Commission also filed charges, alleging the Adanis misled US investors by concealing the bribery.
