The aircraft accident investigation bureau has formed a team to investigate the Ahmedabad plane crash. The crash resulted in 260 deaths. The panel has already submitted a preliminary report. The report indicates a fuel control switch issue and a MAYDAY call shortly after takeoff. On-site work is complete. The wreckage has been moved for analysis.
