A Delhi court has granted permission for Baramulla MP Engineer Rashid, currently in Tihar jail under UAPA charges, to attend Parliament on September 9 to vote in the vice-president’s election. Special NIA judge Chander Jit Singh approved the visit after the NIA stated no objections.
