UP STF arrested Suresh Kumar Sain, mastermind of a cyber fraud network, in New Delhi. He defrauded victims in India by impersonating law enforcement officials, extracting money through fear. Sain fled to Cambodia after his scams and was caught at IGI Airport with various fraudulent items.
