Former Chief Justice of India, Jagdish Singh Khehar, and late Suzuki Corporation chairman, Osamu Suzuki, have been named for the Padma Vibhushan. The list also includes diverse personalities like violinist L Subramaniam and actress Shobhana, with a total of 139 Padma Awards approved this year.
