The government has set retail prices for 42 common drug formulations, including Meropenem & Sulbactam injection and Mycophenolate Mofetil tablets. The National Pharmaceutical Pricing Authority (NPPA) has mandated manufacturers to issue price lists to dealers and state drug controllers.
