Jharkhand’s Phase 1 elections witnessed a remarkable surge in female voter turnout, surpassing male participation by nearly 5%. This trend was observed in 37 out of the 43 constituencies. Overall voter turnout reached 66.6%, exceeding the 2019 figures. While areas like Baharagora saw enthusiastic participation, urban centers like Ranchi recorded lower turnouts.
