Following the discovery of six bodies in Manipur’s Jiribam district, Chief Minister N. Biren Singh condemned the subsequent attacks on ministers’ and MLAs’ residences. While acknowledging the public’s right to protest peacefully, Singh criticized the looting and vandalism, promising legal action against those responsible. The victims, including women and children, are believed to have been abducted by militants.
