Jailed Baramulla MP, Sheikh Abdul Rashid, also known as Engineer Rashid, has petitioned a Delhi court for permission to vote in the upcoming Vice-Presidential election on September 9. Currently held in Tihar Jail on terror funding charges, Rashid’s plea is before the Special NIA Court at Patiala House.
